Aucuba japonica CecilAlice Rabbit Resistant Plants brightest in early springWe are pleased to introduce a wonderful new aucuba, Aucuba japonica 'Cecil Alice'. This female selection was introduced by the late research geologist, Dr. George Phair, and named after his wife, Cecil Alice Phair. George shared his aucuba selection with us in 1998 with our promise that we'd introduce it commercially. Our original clump of Aucuba 'Cecil Alice' is now 3. 5' tall x 6' wide, adorned with evergreen creamy gold and green flecked leaves.
